Competent staff and well-maintained and exceptional place. Very clean beds, a mini-bar, a safe box, and coffee/tea making equipment in the room. Extensive breakfast with indian veg food and pancake - well worth the money. Convenient, perfect location in Kuta, near to beautiful garden, Close to shops and restaurant, which so much love by kids. Located in a quiet street. Very good service at the restaurant! Late check-out. Simply no complains at all, outstanding stay.

Everything was really good, attentive staff, spectacular views of the sunset. The food was good, especially a cold buffet breakfast.

The hotel had a charming and welcoming decor that made me feel right at home. The common areas were beautifully maintained and provided a comfortable environment for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with convenient amenities and services located nearby.

I would have preferred if the staff had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests. It would have been helpful if they could provide assistance and ensure the safety of older individuals during their stay.

Everything at this family-friendly hotel was outstanding as we expected. The setting was quite good and beautiful within easy reach of a sandy beach. There were shopping malls and a market around the property.

I have stayed here before now and would stay here again, truly enjoyed this place. The hotel was fairly clean, ideal, had courteous staff with amazing service. Everything was nice, luxurious and huge room with a view. The pool was well-maintained and I had cool drinks in the outdoor bar. The location was incredible, around 10-15 minutes walk from a lively water park. A market and convenience stores were right next door.

The location in a great area was good and there were a shopping mall and a market nearby. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the hotel.

Fantastic base for exploring Kuta. Good sized and air-conditioned rooms, lovely beds. Incredible location near the restaurant, the bar and the event area as well as Seminyak, outstanding food.

My room had a connecting door, which was convenient. However, my neighbors were extremely noisy, but the front desk quickly addressed the issue. Unfortunately, the noise continued the next day. The room could have been more soundproof. However, the hotel's amenities made my stay enjoyable. The pool area was fantastic, and the restaurants and cafes offered delicious food. The gym and teenage area were also great additions. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops. The staff were friendly, and the kitchen and public toilets were always clean. Despite some minor drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel for its overall value and pleasant experience.

The Holiday Inn was very nice, the food great, the staff fantastic, the location was good. We all felt very safe due to the added security at the resort.

Clean property with professional and service-oriented staff with good service and fast response to customer. Best possible location in the special area, close enough to Canggu, convenience stores, a couple malls, and local life, and Beachwalk shopping centre.

Beautiful grounds and clean hotel. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a variety of options. The hotel's location was key, close to the airport and within easy walking distance to the beach. Free bike hire was a great advantage for exploring the local area.

Room cleanliness could be improved. There were some dust and surface issues that needed attention.
